The summer of 2016 brought me to the summit of Kilimanjaro with the most amazing team of people one could ever hope for. With a knowledgeable, friendly, and humorous guide, spent five days and nights on a safari through four national parks, seeing the big five, and camping under the stars in the Serengeti with buffalo, elephants, giraffes and all the other wild animals that roam the plains of Africa. Mama Africa stole my heart afterwards; she gave me so many intangibles that have allowed me to become a better person and traveller.
